How do I place my order?

All Cavetown VIP Experiences must be purchased online. Newly announced USA show dates will go on sale Wednesday, April 15th at 10am local. All other shows are on sale now! After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner(s) to make and finalize your order.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?

Yes, there is an 8 ticket limit for VIP tickets.

How can I request accessibility accommodations?

If you need to request ADA Accommodations for your VIP experience at Cavetown, please reach out to us HERE with the following information as soon as possible:

Please be sure to include as much information when submitting your request so we can ensure you have proper accommodations. All ADA requests will be processed in the order they are received and dependent on availability.

For accessible seating requests at the show, availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on venue availability. Once your request is received, we will go over all available options.

How will I receive the merchandise included in the package?

All merchandise will be distributed at the 100x VIP check-in on the day of the show and must be picked up then!

Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the show.

Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

There is no onsite storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. 100x is not liable for any misplaced merchandise.

When will I receive information about 100x check-in?

More information and further instructions including check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser, at the email used for purchase, 5-7 days before the event. These details may vary per show depending on the artist and venue schedules. 100x is not responsible for failed / blocked / misdelivered / bounced email delivery.

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased 100x package?

All 100x packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for more details.

Our VIP Packages

Is there an age restriction for the Cavetown VIP experiences?

The age policy varies by venue, but most shows are open to all ages. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information.

Can I choose either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket with my VIP experience?

Guests will have the opportunity to select either a Premium Reserved seat or General Admission ticket depending on the venue. Be sure to confirm you are purchasing your preferred ticket type.

What is a Premium Reserved ticket?

A Premium Reserved ticket is an assigned seat. During the purchase process, you will see the location of your Premium Reserved seat prior to completing your order.

What is a General Admission ticket?

General Admission (GA) are tickets that allow entry to the event with no seats assigned to them. With a general admission ticket, you may be given a specific area to sit or stand in, but you won’t have a specific seat reserved for you. The Cavetown VIP Experience includes early entry to the venue (where available) which allows GA guests to have first access to the venue.

If I purchase a Platinum ticket, is that the same as VIP?

Platinum tickets are not VIP tickets. Platinum tickets do not include access to the VIP amenities or areas at the venue. Please be mindful when completing your purchase, and be sure to use the filter feature on the ticket provider’s website so you purchase the correct VIP package.

How will I receive my concert tickets?

VIP purchasers will see ticket delivery options during the purchase process. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.

Is the Cavetown VIP Experience private Q&A and group photo a meet & greet?

No, the pre-show experience is NOT a Meet & Greet; therefore, you will not be permitted to bring in personal items to be signed by the band. If you arrive with such items, we’ll ask that you return them to your vehicle or have them held at the VIP check-in table until after the pre-show experience is complete. We appreciate your cooperation here!

Is parking included with the VIP packages?

Cavetown VIP experiences do not include parking. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information regarding venue parking.

Is there a bag policy?

Bag policies vary from venue to venue. Please check your local event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
